Make yourself comfortable where you are standing
Close your eyes / Soften your gaze
Let’s just take a couple of deep breaths together
Start going through your body - where do you feel ease, where do you feel tension?
Explore those spaces pay attention to the area
Observe those spaces without judgment
And now shift your attention to your senses
Imaging all the tall trees standing around you
Smell the forest soil
Feel the ground under your feet
Maybe you can feel a soft breeze on your face
Listen to the brunches moving in the wind
Or maybe listen to moments of silence in between the gusts of the wind
Now imagine, that suddenly,
It starts raining
But the water is not cold, it is warm
And it brings to you a pleasant and comfortable feeling
With every drop, your body becomes more and more relaxed
As it touches your face, you feel as it relaxes, you relax your shoulders
can feel rain on your chest
… (do a body scan)
And the rain is washing away all the tensions and all the troubles of today
And the more it is raining, the more it feels as if you are melting
And following the rain
Into the ground
With every drop, you are slowly sinking into the soft moss under you
And deeper into the soil
Where you are getting smaller and smaller
But you do not vanish completely
You just slowly become something else
A small tree seed
Imagine yourself how do you look like?
=> The shape, the color, the surface
Maybe you are round and with hard walls?
Or maybe oval and squishy?
As you are patiently waiting there, in the warm cozy place let’s stay there as a seed and let’s take 3 deep breaths together
But gradually you start feeling a different kind of energy
Maybe you feel light
A certain calling
And you know it is time for you to resurface
You start following this calling
You stretching your parts
Your neck, stretch it and slowly turn it as if you are following the calling
Start gradually stretching your hands and your arms as if you are trying to reach the what is calling you
You can move your torso as if you are trying to wiggle your way forward
And you can also engage your legs, by stretching them by bending on them but also maybe start slowly standing on them
And as you are slowly stretching and growing, you
Pass the roots of the trees,
Pass the homes of the small insects
Pass the moss and suddenly
You are there, at the surface
Take a deep breath and feel the fresh forest air
Now that you are here, start slowly observing your new tree body
Are you a big tree or a small one?
Do you have small thin roots spreading close to the ground or maybe thick roots going deep?
How does your tree body looks like, your stem - is it just one or maybe many?
What about your leaves, what colour are they and what kind of shape are they?
Imagine if you have fruits or seeds - where are they and what kind of shape they are?
And how does it feel to be connected to each other?
I will give you a couple of minutes to stay with your idea - keep on observing it and feeling how it is to be this plant.
